  • Other C-suite execs struggle to cover other departments as they’re often too stretched already, they do not understand the discipline and frequently struggle to invest the time needed to drive the department forward.

  • I come into the business, we work out how many days per week are required, from 2 days per week to 5 days.

    I onboard into the department and into the C-suite, review the departmental plan, optimise channels, projects and goals and provide executive updates.

    Often it is working as the connector between the department and C-Suite, building the bridge and building out the right-hand over package with short, mid and long-term objectives and goals.

    I can come on as a short-term contractor or as an advisor.

  • This is dependent on the engagement required. I offer a day rate or as a flat fee based on the length of the engagement.

    Typical day rate is from £1250 p/d and range from 1 month to 6 months.

  • Fractional hires are often working on multiple clients, they cannot get under the skin and understand what is happening and guide the business forward. I offer full-time leadership not part-time juggling.

    My interim solution is 2 to 5 days a week interim hire, until you have hired the replacement or decide what your business needs, while ensuring performance is not hindered and the teams have the right level of support and leadership.
