I created my Growth consultancy to disrupt the comfortable but unsuccessful phases of businesses and for those who require to get back into growth or go into the hyper-growth phase.

Most businesses get stuck or are conditioned into their internal way of thinking or we have always done it this way - this status quo is often the root cause.

My Growth Advisory ensures you and your team get upstream of the problems you are facing and identify the problems you have not found or ignored to ensure your long-term success and become a market leader.

Me?

  • I am a Growth and Business Leader with 22 years in Growth, Marketing, Product and Business Leadership.

  • I was responsible for EMEA’s largest crowdfunding business (transacting over £100m p/a) and building a dedicated Growth Department from scratch within a listed business, responsible for a 10% increase in business performance.

How I have helped numerous businesses with Growth issues:

  • Improved the core product, refocusing Product efforts

  • Creating the Growth plan from the beginning and refocusing Growth plans from existing department leads and guiding on how to roll the dedicated plan out with existing and new resources

  • Analysed pricing, auditing the fintech offering and optimising the checkout

  • Rebuilt strategy and workshop on how to deliver effectively and then hold the department leads accountable to set and hit the right metrics

  • Co-built core product enhancements paired with much better and tailored product marketing.

How Does The Growth Advisory Works?

  • Length: It can be from 1 day work (workshops) to 3 months (workshop, Product reviews and Marketing audits and sprints)

  • The Process:

    • I work collaboratively with your departments (and importantly the C-Suite)

    • We then review your core product

    • Identifying what needs to be improved or optimised, what needs to be removed and creating sprints on your core Product offerings, building out a dedicated roadmap and assigning resource

    • I then review your Marketing funnel (or loops) and activities - selecting a Marketing roadmap to improve your existing funnel and focus down on user problems, enhancing user experience and see if there is a nature Product Led Growth stream or a network effect stream to build lower CAC and improve LTV (or payback period)

    • All of the programmes created help to increase the satisfaction and happiness of your new and existing customers while optimising the experience for your internal customers (your teams).

    • All tests and results are logged and shared with the business, the business leaders at each step, it is a SWAT team approach, so from the CMO, to the CPO, to the COO and CFO will all feel informed and updated of the progress and the impact of Growth and truly want to invest more of their own time and resources into it
